Museum Day with Dad!

September 28th was National Museum Day, which meant that select museums across the nation opened their doors for free admission to the public! My dad and I decided to check out the Pacific Aviation Museum on Ford Island. It's been a really long time since I've been to that area, and this would be a great chance to enjoy some history with my dad (we're both history buffs), so I was stoked! The museum had two main hangers that housed war planes from the last seven decades, many of which saw active combat. As a history major, there was so much to take in, and the museum did a great job in visually narrating the story behind each exhibit...
