Courage

Still in the surf photography mood, so I decided to post another wave shot! This one was taken at Pipeline this past January. I think swells were at 15-25 feet. The angle of this shot wasn't the best, but I really was stoked to get the surfer in the frame, since he gives a sense of scale to the wave.

I converted this image into B&W, and then toned it in cyanotype, which produces a cyan-blue color...thought it was appropriate for the color of the wave :)
