Marcene and Tom Married!

Whew! June was a crazy month! I had a handful of very cool shoots, and am slowly getting caught up with my blog posting...thank god for the 3 day weekend :)


I must say that Marcene and Tom's wedding was a highlight of my shoots last month. A small, intimate celebration at a picturesque beach house in Waimanalo, the wedding was simple, but elegant. I absolutely loved the details that Marcene incorporated into the wedding (as you'll see in the images), and the beach house provided for some great opportunities to grab key shots (ring shot and bridal portrait). The ceremony was a joy to photograph, and even though there was no program, it gave all the family and friends at the wedding the chance to mingle and enjoy company :)

A big mahalo to my friend Jared for second shooting for me! The wedding went a lot smoother for me, knowing you were watching my back :)

Congrats to Marcene and Tom...you guys were awesome to work with, and I look forward to documenting the next steps of your lives together!
