One of the fascinating aspects of wedding photography is that you get to step into other cultures that you'd otherwise never get to experience. This was the case with Seini and Brandon's wedding, which I shot with the Isle Media crew. Seini had told us before hand, that we were in for a completely different experience with her Tongan heritage. And she was right. From the start, everything, whether it was the beautiful singing at the ceremony, or the family mat presentations during the reception, gave us all insight into what this culture is all about.
To me, what also set this wedding apart from the others that I've photographed was the emotions. There was so much of it, I cannot begin to tell you how many times I saw tears and laughter that triggered similar emotions of my own. Yes I do cry at weddings if you were wondering lol.
Anyway, I'll let the photos speak for themselves. Congratulations to Seini and Brandon!
